To me… “achieving excellence” with respect to customer service, means going above and beyond what is expected, not merely fulfilling a requirement, but transcending the norm and providing something unique and special to the recipient, causing them to take notice, feel important, be more than just satisfied and desire to repeat this experience! When the customer always calls here first because they “want to”, then we have succeeded!

“Doing whatever it takes”, means working smarter and harder than the competition, finding the best possible solution to a problem, providing responses in a timely manner, putting in extra time and effort to do a job right the first time, following up to make sure the customer is happy with our answer and performance, correcting problems immediately, and treating the customer like an important friend. Working with enthusiasm both on the phone and in person and having fun at what you are doing is also important and attracts like behavior from customers and co-workers, creating a positive working environment and a harmony that is felt and appreciated by all parties. Constantly looking for, and sharing new innovative ideas with fellow team mates and suppliers to improve the products and services we provide, and implementing them, only serves to add to our success and prosperity, and achieve excellence!
