Integrated Supply is an agreement between the Customer and the Supplier to combine focus and effort on MRO purchasing, storage, delivery and payables to minimize costs and to accelerate continuous improvement. Electra will tailor a cost-effective solution to meet the needs of our customer. Simply stated, the key benefits are supplier consolidation, inventory reduction, materials availability improvements and reduction in both product and transactional costs. We will design the process to eliminate non-value added activities.
