Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)

VMI is a form of Integrated Supply where the Distributor not only provides the goods, but may also receive the product into the customer’s computer system, we may put stock on the shelves and / or remote locations on the plant floor and we may inventory product elsewhere. Electra will place a VMI Specialist at the Customer location to actually handle all the stores transactions where applicable.
